These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Marwar Ki Rasoi, a sole business run by Preeti Bishnoi, in whose name the FSSAI registration is held, at D/O Harish Chandra Bishnoi, Kaladi Road, Alai, Alay, Nagaur, Rajasthan 341001, India. We hold FSSAI registration number 22226081000201 (kind of business: Retailer), valid to 17-04-2031. "We", "us" and "our" refer to this business; "you" refers to the person using the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are true and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
3. Products
We sell homemade pickles and ghee. Because they are made in small batches from seasonal produce, colour, texture, heat and sourness vary a little from batch to batch. This is normal and is not a defect. Photographs on this site show the actual product but cannot represent every batch exactly.
Our pickles contain mustard oil or sunflower oil, mustard, and other spices, and are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, check the ingredients listed on each product page and contact us before ordering. Ghee is a dairy product.
Nothing on this site is a medical claim. Our products are food, not a treatment for any condition.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and is shown before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
- Online payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available where offered at checkout.
- If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. When a contract is formed
Adding items to your basket is not an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order to you. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, your PIN code is not serviceable, the payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud — and if you have already paid we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Storage and use after delivery
Our products contain no chemical preservatives. Keep the jar closed, use a clean dry spoon, keep the oil covering the pickle, and store away from direct sunlight. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by the way a product is stored or handled after it is delivered.
8. Your account and conduct
You agree not to use this site to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to scrape or copy its content for commercial use.
9. Intellectual property
The name Marwar Ki Rasoi, our logo, product photographs and the text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or failure of payment infrastructure.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
